Jennifer has a wide range of talents and experience to help in virtually every aspect of family law. Ms. Moore believes in providing outstanding legal service while taking a humane approach. Family law can be very sensitive and unique, so she is always willing to be flexible and adapt based on the situation.

Ms. Moore believes in negotiating from a position of strength. She is trained in collaborative law, and will settle cases which can be settled; but from the beginning of any proceeding, she prepares to litigate. Ms. Moore considers it a tactical mistake to ignore the possibility of litigation at the onset of a proceeding – which leads to better, stronger settlements, or better, stronger trial performances. At trial she is an aggressive fighter who will not back down.

Clients can rest assured they will be kept informed about every step of the legal process. Ms. Moore and her team prioritize communication and will always reply to communications as soon as possible to ensure clients have peace of mind.

Ms. Moore was born and raised in Arlington, Texas and is a graduate of James Martin High School. After traveling for education and living in various parts of the country, she returned to her hometown in Tarrant County in 2005 practice law, and became Board Certified in Family Law in Texas in 2011.
